Absinth is the spirit with 75% content of alcohol. It is forbidden in most of the countries because it contain hallucinogenic substances, however it is still allowed in Slovakia. The most common way of drinking the Absinth is to burn a sugar, let it caramelize and stir it with Absinth. Another popular way in Bratislava is stag cocktail called B52. It contains Baileys, Kahlua and Absinth. It has to be lit up and then drunk with straw while burning.
